Although we live a 35-minute train journey into London, we would always choose to come to Bournemouth instead for the truly lovely shopping experience Franses offers. The establishment itself is beautiful, especially the new extension featuring the Patek Philippe collection.

Treated to champagne and chocolates when purchased and coffee and chocolates on collection. My husband and I were treated to a preview of the newly extended premises and it was beautiful. The ring is exquisite and fits so comfortably on my finger.
A quality service and item so would recommend a visit if you want to make purchasing jewellery/watches an extremely special occasion. All staff very welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable, they were a true credit to the purchasing experience. We shall be visiting again soon.
